Hi!
I want to invite Audi fans from Lithuania to a probably the biggest Audi event in the Baltic states - AUDI Megameet 2017.

The event will be held on 12 August this year and it will take place on Ventspils airport, Ganibu street 115, Ventspils, Latvia (GPS coordinates: 57.361672, 21.546866).
The purpose of the event is to gather Audi fans from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia together to get acquainted and spend time together interesting. Last year's event was attended by 985 spectators and more than 300 Audi brand cars in one place!
We have taken care of various activities so that every participant and visitor of the event can find something interesting for themselves. The event will be hosted and commented by Pauls Timrots.
The main activity of the event is a 402m drag race, which will be organized on the airport runway.
In parallel to this activity, both participants and viewers will be able to compete for prizes in one of the nonstop activities - car audio competition, show car contest and many other interesting competitions and activities.
The smallest visitors of the event have been thought - the children's corner will be available. A cafe will also work on event place.

10: 00-12: 00 Arrival and Registration
10: 00-12: 00 Technical commission for drag race participants
12: 00-12: 30 Opening ceremony of the event/Briefing for participants
12: 30-15: 00 Drag-race qualifying rides, in parallel - various off-track activities and contests for viewers
15: 30-18: 00 Drag-race final runs, in parallel - various off-track activities and contests for viewers
18: 00-18: 30 Compilation of results, preparation for the award ceremony
18: 30-19: 30 Award ceremony, closing of the event
19: 30-21: 00 Cleaning the area

Entrance and participation in the event :
• Entrance fee 10 Eur from the car; the car can accommodate 4 passengers and the driver;
• Participation fee for participants participating in Audi's drag race - 20 Eur (car and pilot);
• Participation fee) for participants participating in Audi's drag race with non-Audi car - 25 Eur (car and pilot)
• Entrance fee for visitors without a car - 3Eur from a person, children up to 13 years of age (accompanied by parents), pensioners and disabled persons, presenting documents - free of charge.
Important!
If more than one participant takes part in the activity with one car, each participant must complete a new registration application! Ladies participating in drag racing free of charge.
